Why a range?
Walls, floors and pipe runs vary. The range runs from 6% under to 12% over our list price, and the survey replaces it with one fixed figure.
How the start month works
2 weeks to survey and agree the plan, then the longer of the materials lead time for your finish and the fitting diary, which is booked 6 weeks ahead today.
What is not included
Appliances, unless you ask us to supply them, and anything hidden until strip-out, like rotten joists. If we find something, we price it in writing and wait for your yes.
