Who we are
Quarrow Kitchens & Baths designs and fits kitchens and bathrooms from our showroom at 14 Kilnrow Lane, Starbeck, Harrogate ZZ1 4QK. You can reach us at design@quarrow.example or 01632 960 527.
What we collect
When you book a design visit or ask a question we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and what you tell us about the room. At the survey we take measurements and photographs of the room. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To arrange the visit, design and price the work, order materials, plan the job, invoice you and honour the guarantee. If you sign up for our emails, we send one a month about finished projects.
Who we share it with
Suppliers who deliver to your address, building control when a job needs it, our structural engineer for knock-throughs, and our accountants. Nobody else, and we never sell it. We only publish photographs of your room with your written permission, and never your name or address.
How long we keep it
Project records are kept for the length of the guarantee plus one year, so we can honour it. Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted after two years. Email sign-ups end the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to design@quarrow.example. You can also complain to the data protection regulator.
