These are the prices our designers quote from. Every one is fitted and includes VAT: design, strip-out, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, flooring and making good.

How you pay
Nothing until you have a plan and a fixed price you are happy with. Then four stages, each tied to work you can see.

- When materials arrive and work starts
- When tiling and worktops are in
- At handover, after snagging
Deposits are held in a protected account until work starts. We take bank transfer and card; no cash on site.
