En-suites and cloakrooms

From £6,200 fitted, inc. VAT, Essential finish

Small rooms, done properly: a shower that drains, a fan that clears the mirror, and storage you can reach.

  • Shower tray or level-access former, tanked and tested
  • Wall-hung basin and WC to free up floor space
  • Extractor fan on a humidity sensor
  • Recessed niche for bottles, heated rail on request
  • Space borrowed from the bedroom when there is none

4.9 from 318 reviews · 10-year workmanship guarantee

An en-suite is the room with the least space and the most to fit in. We plan it to the centimetre: a wall-hung WC and basin to open up the floor, a recessed niche instead of a shelf you knock things off, and a fan on a humidity sensor so the mirror clears before you have finished shaving.

A compact en-suite starts at £6,200 fitted. If there is no en-suite yet, we can borrow space from the bedroom with a new stud wall and door for £3,400 more, and fit a macerator where the soil stack is out of reach.

Eight working days for most

A small en-suite is usually finished in a week and a half. Because the house has another bathroom, we can work straight through without reconnecting each night.

Good for

  • A cramped shower room that never dries out
  • Turning a box room or walk-in wardrobe into an en-suite
  • Downstairs cloakrooms with a basin that fits
“The tiler set out the herringbone floor twice before he fixed a single tile. That is the level of care all the way through.”
